Skills & Qualifications

  1. Posses Diploma in Accounting/ Human Resource Management or any equivalent
  2. Working experience in managing staff time sheet and payroll for at least 2 – 3 years
  3. Good verbal communication skill and preferably good in English
  4. Able to handle administrative and multi task with good interpersonal skill
  5. Must display excellent skills in organizing, filling, and retrieving records
  6. Good in preparation and submission of timely statutory payroll
  7. Ability to analyze information, data entry skill, attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness and reporting skills are required
  8. Knowledge in the SQL Payroll System is an advantage
