Executive Resource Management (West Malaysia-based)Skills & Qualifications
- Any recognized Bachelor's Degree in any business or HR related discipline (professional qualification or advanced degree will be an advantage)
- 7 - 10 years of relevant HR working experience preferably in the oil & gas industry
- Experienced across business and corporate exposure would be an advantage
- Appreciation in Financial Accounting will be an advantage
- Experienced in Vendor Management & Stakeholder Management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team Player with good problem solving, strategic and analytical skills
