Junior Technical Support Assistant
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field with at least one (1) year working experience in Oil & Gas Industry
OR - Minimum SPM certification with at least three (3) years working experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge on SAP system is an added advantage.
Senior Technical Support Assistant
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field with at least six (6) years working experience in Oil & Gas Industry and two (2) years working experience in SAP
OR - Minimum SPM certification with at least eight (8) years working experience in Oil & Gas Industry and three (3) years working experience in SAP
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Senior Document Controller
- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering field or Business Administration with at least six (6) years working experience in a similar role in Document Control & Record Management, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
OR - Minimum SPM certification with at least eight (8) years in a similar role in Document Control & Record Management, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
- Possess good knowledge in document control and management process and standards and ISO standards.
- Meticulous and able to follow through the tasks
- Able to work independently handling technical documents with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in using any document management system is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Acrobat is an added advantage
- Preferably with computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
- Able to travel when job required
- Good command in both written and spoken languages i.e. Bahasa Melayu and English
