Junior Technical Support Assistant

  1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field with at least one (1) year working experience in Oil & Gas Industry
    OR
  2. Minimum SPM certification with at least three (3) years working experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
  3. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  4. Basic knowledge on SAP system is an added advantage.

Senior Technical Support Assistant

  1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field with at least six (6) years working experience in Oil & Gas Industry and two (2) years working experience in SAP
    OR
  2. Minimum SPM certification with at least eight (8) years working experience in Oil & Gas Industry and three (3) years working experience in SAP
  3. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Senior Document Controller

  1. Minimum Diploma in any Engineering field or Business Administration with at least six (6) years working experience in a similar role in Document Control & Record Management, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
    OR
  2. Minimum SPM certification with at least eight (8) years in a similar role in Document Control & Record Management, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
  3. Possess good knowledge in document control and management process and standards and ISO standards.
  4. Meticulous and able to follow through the tasks
  5. Able to work independently handling technical documents with minimum supervision
  6. Knowledge in using any document management system is an advantage
  7. Basic knowledge in Adobe Acrobat is an added advantage
  8. Preferably with computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
  9. Able to travel when job required
  10. Good command in both written and spoken languages i.e. Bahasa Melayu and English
