Skills & Qualifications

Manager & Executive

1. Recognized Degree in Engineering.
2. For Manager: Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas industry with at least 8 years in project management and related discipline (discipline as mentioned in above table).
3. For Executive: Minimum 7 years of experience in oil & gas industry with at least 5 years in project management and related discipline (discipline as mentioned in above table).
4. Have good communication, presentation skills, teamwork, initiative, problem solving and ICT competencies skills.
5. Understanding of oil & gas business and possess technical awareness in project management and operations is an added advantage.

Non-Executive

1. Minimum SPM preferable with relevant training/certificate and exposures in oil & gas industry with at least 5-8 years of working experiences.
2. Exposure to Oil & Gas industry is an added advantage.
3. Good supervisory and communication skill.
4. Teamwork, people skills, inter-personal relations and result oriented person.

Executives - FIP Delivery East Coast
